German electronic duo Walter Merziger and Arno Kammermeier a.k.a. Booka Shade graced Toronto with their presence this past Thursday at Mod Club with a very impressive set of beats. Coming on a bit past midnight, the crowd was all ready eager in anticipation for the renown DJs, here to promote their fourth LP, More!, which came out earlier this year. In addition to fan favourite "Charlotte" they also played "Teenage Spaceman" their first single off the new album. Arno played on a live drum set the entire performance as Walter controlled keyboards. The electro house duo, known to craft downtempo sinister electronica put on a very upbeat show that had the party bumping till the very end. Recommended for anyone that likes house or electronica. Great show.
