Akron/Family are experts of asserting a DIY ethos into their music. Their marque of progressive, folk psychedelia is impressive to say the least, and they're certainly prolific, releasing their 5th record in merely six years. S/T II: The Cosmic Birth and Journey Of Shinju TNT comes out this week, and from what I've heard so far, it's solid. "Silly Bears" says it all.
