Real Estate's Matt Mondanile dropped two amazingly catchy songs on a 7" last year, which included "Art Vandelay" (#5 on the OFFSTREAM 200) and "Hamilton Road," both of which appear on Ducktails III: Arcade Dynamics. The lo-fi tinged acoustic folk is indicative of Mondanile's finest solo work to date.
