Real Estate's Matt Mondanile has created some pretty impressive tunes under the moniker Duck Tails. "Art Vandelay" is folk that incorporates grunge, with a charismatic chorus that seriously gets stuck in your head. It's a reminder that fall is upon us and the summer grooves are ending. This tune sounds s good as anything Real Estate has ever done, and those are some tough shoes to fill. The fact that it's named after George Costanza's alter ego makes it even more amiable.
